Asked for a small amount trimmed off my beard as I'm trying to gradually grow it but still need it to look half respectable and he ended up shaving majority of it off. Then dry shaved my neck with the razor and the end result wasn't pleasant and when he shaved my head, it felt like he was trying to take skin off and was just rough. Not happy at all. Fianl note... If you ask what the client wants, you need to listen and do that style or make a suggestion on something better but do what the client requests.
I had a good cut. Happy with it. Will definitely go back again.
If your going to have a sign that says 8.30 opening on Weekends how about sticking to it rather then being late every time I come down on a Sunday at 8.30 for a cut. Change it to 9am or be prompt.
Decent cut then suddenly shaves my sideburns off completely without consulting. Why would you shave someone's sideburns when you can see they keep it.
