Terrible customer service, poor claim amounts unless you go to their terrible members first clinics. NIB is far superior. Don't even bother.

Don't trust their pricing system. You get different quote/price for each visit. The price is not consistent. How is that possible? You don't get any benefit from Bupa private insurance, you end pay higher premium every year for less claim. I had to pay $120 more for the same lens i bought last year for $200 more premium. At the end I had to pay $320 extra. This whole private health care is a government sponsored organised scam. You have no choice but throw away your hard earn money for their scam
