Don't go there charges to much

I had taken overseas health insurance through medibank for my parents. When they went back, I submitted all the receipts for medication and doctors visit. I had paid all bills (attached receipts for payments) and want to get certain percent refund as part of insurance claim. Someone in office decided I have not paid it even after I submitted the bills and I even had bpay receipts from account.I didn't get the refund and iand asked them about it. The lady was so arrogant and said I need to ring them and ask for another receipt to prove the payment after having bpay receipts. Never will recommend this place to anyone. Stay away
