Fantastic value for money. The staff are always very kind and polite. Very calming and quite regardless of the busy location. The masseuse are fantastic also, I usually opt for the Remedial, as it is the perfect mix of relaxation and recovery.

Called to make a couples massage appointment as there is no way to book this in online. Call went to voicemail. Left a message requesting a call back. No call back. Called again 24hrs later. Also sent a Facebook message. No response, No call back. Very disappointed with level of customer service. Will not be trying to make booking again as I've attempted THRICE with no response.

For a little spot of paradise, the Healing House comes highly recommended. The staff fit us in at short notice for my birthday, and were able to massage myself and my daughters at the same time. Really relaxing Thai massage, just perfect for a birthday treat. They surprised us after with cupcakes and bubbly - truly lovely! Thanks, ladies! ud83dude4f
