If you are thinking of travel - think Jess Taylor of Travel Associates Hawthorne. She is by far the best Travel Agent we have experienced over our many years of travel. She has great knowledge of the travel industry and is helpful and goes above and beyond to make your trip the best ever. Any problem Jess is there and ready to assist. I have been dealing with Roz Wyatt at Travel Associates for over 10 years and I have found both Roz and her staff to be very helpful, professional and very friendly.nnRoz also makes good suggestions of countries to visit and places to see which I would never consider.nnDuring all the years both my husband and I have travelled we have never had an issue. Our transfers are always on time and the hotels Roz has suggested have always been in an excellent location which makes it easy for walking to places that interest us.nnBecause of her professionalism my family also go to Roz to book holidays.nnAs my friend and I had our long awaited holiday cancelled this year we are both looking forward to rebooking with Roz again as soon as we can travel.

Jess, thank you so much for all your hard work. You have been so helpful over the years (in particular when you saved me in an insurance emergency in French Polynesia, I don't know what I would have done without you!). Your advice has always been spot on (Cuba visas - the ever changing process) and your attention to detail has saved me asking you to book the wrong flights on numerous occasions. And you always manage to find the really cool hotels (the haunted convent was very memorable). Wouldn't travel without you.
