I was a tenant at a unit within a complex managed by Body Corporate Management Queensland and had to end my tenancy due to their conduct. Pieces of the roof fell off into my ground floor unit, and another piece onto a pedestrian pathway. BCMQ refused to send anyone to fix the issue, leaving the building structurally unsafe. That piece of roof could have easily hit myself, my cat or another person.nnThe manager has zero phone manners and just shouts at anyone who tries to resolve an issue with her. As a result of the manager's conduct, the owner of the unit I was living in has lost a good tenant, the unit has ongoing mould issues due to what is clearly an unresolved leak which BCMQ refuse to fix. I have lost a good home and the owners have also lost a decent property manager who refused to deal with this non-sense anymore. No winners in this case, apart from BCMQ who are a little richer after refusing to spend the money fixing the above issues.

Called BCM for an advise of NBN Installation matter just now and got helped by Courtney. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with this matter and even gave me recommendation of tradesman who is familiar with this issue. If there is 10 starts I would give her 10 stars.
