And now I know how therapeutic a red light sauna is after a colonic, I highly recommend the packs with both sessions included.

First time for Colonics and felt very nervous however, the service provided was private, comfortable, clean with exceptional patience.nInfrared Sauna felt like I was on holiday, so luxurious with probiotics and electrolytes offered. Exceptional service and facilities.

I had such a fantastic experience getting my colonic. I feel lighter, clearer and just great all round. Nadia is lovely and explained the process in detail, making you feel comfortable and at ease. I loved the infrared sauna and the nice touches like the juice, face towel and beautiful music. I feel like I have been pampered all morning!
