City Cave Everton Park

My daughter gifted me an hour of floatation therapy at City Cave. It was the first time I experienced it, and I enjoyed it very much. I’m a pretty anxious, wired up person, but I left there feeling more relaxed and calmer than I had been for a while. The staff were friendly, and the premises serene and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I plan to return!

Visited last week to use the infrared sauna for the first time and loved it! Such a different feeling to a steam spa. I came out after 45 minutes feeling great. The experience is awesome. The rooms are well presented. I loved that you can connect the to the Bluetooth, I listened to an audio book while relaxing. Will definitely be making this a regular visit.

Went today for a float and massage. Float was amazing, so relaxing and peaceful felt like I was floating in space!! I also had a 1hr massage with Jesse and he is the first masseuse in ten years to understand my chronic pain condition. I can't speak highly enough of all of the staff. Everything is clearly explained and the new premises are nice and clean and such a relaxing vibe. If you've never been do it, I'll be back for sure!!

Walked away feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after my float. A time to switch off from the world and to recharge. Highly recommend.
