Backyard Cinema Hire

Do not expect to hear from these people after they have been paid. A DVD (that was not ours) was left in the machine when they collected the set up. If it was ours I would have just written off but I thought a quick phone call would let me know if they had it. Also I would have assumed it was their practice to check the machine before they took it away. I could have been told this if they bothered to return one of my 3 phone messages or 2 emails over the course of 4 weeks! The fact that no-one EVER answers the phone in person worried me a bit before I hired them but now I know why. They screen their calls and will only call you back if they want to get a booking or some money out of you but once that has happened expect to be ignored.

I could not recommend Backyard Cinema Hire enough! Our school’s P&F hosted a Movie Night under the Stars and Backyard Cinema Hire took care of everything which made organising such an event wonderfully simple. The popcorn, slushies and beanbag hire topped off our event perfectly and were a big hit with all of our guests. A big thank you to Ben and Kelsey, your professionalism and help with our event did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be using your company again for our future events.
