I should have checked the price.nThe girl at the shopping centre info desk said it was $10, it wasn't.nPoor quality: Just wanted some length taken off, about 4 cms, yet had to explain several times and keep check she was keeping both sides even. A basic trim seemed beyond her skillnNot professional: When I was paying, the 2 hairdressers were mocking and laughing at me because they were charging me $25 for a 10 minute haircut. Just so rudenPoor value: Final insult, they charge 25cents surcharge for the credit card. I did not see any sign advising this.nnTerrible service, terrible staff.

I went in to have half of my mullet chopped off and strictly said to only cut the back. Suddenly, they start cutting the front and before I could react about an inch was taken off my right side burn. I had to let them keep going or it would look weird. Also, I asked for the mullet to be blended in with the rest of my hair and they gave me a bob?! Charged me extra because I asked them to redo it and there is hardly any length at the back now or anywhere on my head now because they kept cutting everything else off. No thinning. Got home and cried. Lets just hope my hair will grow enough that i will be able to fix it and leave the house soon.nnAlso burnt my ear 3 times with the hair dryer and almost ripped my piercing out.nnNOTE: It is a very hit or miss which is to be expected and I only ever go to have the back cut since i can do the rest myself. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. Sadly though, this experience has left me so upset and traumatised and I will not be revisiting again.

Went to get my son a faded haircut. Told the lady the numbers i wanted and i’m certain she DID NOT understood me. My son ended up with a very short, horrible haircut. Went home and cried terribly. Do not want to go school!! And said “i’d rather have a bald hair than having a haircut by them”.nnNot recommended. Go somewhere else.
