I usually see Courtney who is very thorough and always does a great job. However as Courtney was booked up they had someone else look after me. She was thorough in terms of getting the colour right but when she blow dried my hair she used her fingers, I couldn’t believe it, no brush. I also used to pay $129 for cut and semi colour but yesterday it was $119 for just the semi colour and my hair was shorter this time. Really disappointed as I’ve always had a great experience there.
Very accommodating, great staff, lovely colour and cuts. Highly recommend.
Visited this salon 2 weeks ago. Wow best haircut I’ve ever had. I had two ladies work on my hair (one washing and straightening and the other cutting/styling). I felt extremely looked after and I could tell the ladies actually cared about me and what would be best for my hair (not just about the $ value like a lot of other salons). One of the ladies recommended I purchase the Stefan Daily shampoo and conditioner (2 for 1 deal on the day). Been using it for 2 weeks and my hair still feels fresh out of the salon. From a price point of view it was great, $124 for wash, dry, cut, thinning, straightening and the shampoo + conditioner I got (amazing value for money). I HIGHLY recommended Stefan Brookside and the staff there. I will be a returning customer for sure.
