Great team, great results. All coordinated by an amazing team manager. Mikayla is an amazing manager of a lovely team. She's all over it. She thinks quickly and responds to all the various requests and situations that arise in the moment with poise. Directing the best talent to the right job by the minute.nnA good hairdresser is amazing, but a team of good hairdressers led by a real in the moment manager is invaluable.

In all the years I have been visiting S&S Brookside, I have had the best experience today. Thanks to Sera who coloured my hair and to Izzy who washed and dried my hair! I didn't have any of the following issues today which I usually have in every visit - staining of skin, rough handling of my hair during colouring and washing, delayed rinsing of hair and countless minutes of waiting between applying treatment and rinsing on the uncomfortable wash chair waiting for someone to come and complete the wash.nI would like to Thank Sera for taking extra care while applying my colour and Izzy for a very comfortable hair wash experience!!
