I recently made the decision to move from 40 years of dark brown , box dyed hair , to a Copper/ Auburn colour.nNo easy task for anyone!nProfile Hair had been recommended to me, so I took the plunge.nI was greeted by Claudia, who was very helpful, pleasant and confident that such a shift was achievable.nClaudia listened to my vague request for ' a sort of copper colour' and was able to translate that into creating the most beautiful colour, which was exactly what I asked for.nnThe team of girls were all fantastic and I've received so many comments from people ! (even strangers in shopping centres who have taken photos , as it's exactly what they want!)nnI'd like to thank Claudia for being brave, professional, confident and skillful in her approach to my hair.nAs a newly converted 'redhead', I couldn't be happier!nnKathleen

Katie was outstanding. Listened to exactly what I wanted and provided an amazing result. So friendly and lovely. The whole experience at profile was amazing and unlike anything Ive ever had at any other salon! Worth every cent and more. Feeling amazing. Thank you so much ❤

I got a last minute booking and asked my stylist to achieve the dreaded removing/hiding a long standing red dye from my hair. I am so happy with the results with a beautiful cool brunette to tame the copper undertones and believe the nothing short of a miracle was achieved. Customer service was A1 and the entire experience was relaxing and refreshing for the entire time I was there. I couldn’t fault it if I tried! Thank you so much ladies; what a fabulous experience. I look forward to my next visit!

Profile was an absolute experience, I have never left a salon so relaxed and happy with the entire 2hrs. Every single staff member I interacted with were just delightful the reception lady was such a warm and friendly face to be welcomed by and the lovely girl that rinsed my hair gave me the most incredible massage and was so polite and friendly. Claudia who did my hair was so patient, gave me a quote at the start so I knew exactly what I was receiving and took the time to really educate me about proper hair health and mantinance.nnI have always dreaded having to go and sit in a salon but now it's something I will look forward to. Profile delighted and exceeded every single expectation that I had as a client I will no longer let anyone else touch my hair!

Had the absolute best experience today, I have never felt so pampered and relaxed at a hair dressers or had hairdressers that listened and helped me work out what I wanted. I am so happy with my visit today and am recommending Profile to all of my family and friends. I don’t think I would ever go anywhere else after my amazing time here today. Thank you so much!
