Great service, friendly staff, good prices. I never have to wait very long when I turn up here for a haircut. I always walk out happier than when I walked in. I love going here for a haircut.
Took my son in for a haircut. Asked for short back and sides. Just a typical little boys cut. The guy cutting had no idea how to deal with a cowlick, even after I explained how it had been cut in the past. It was ok until they absolutely butchered his hairline at the front. It has been shaved square and looks absolutely terrible. It is not even straight. The gentlemen who did it clearly knew it was not what we asked for and didn't even come to the counter to speak to me. Definitely won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend.
Went and had hair done today by amba what a lovely person and she did a great job love my new hair
Never again. Cut was wrong, I mean how can you screw up cutting a zero??? Mutilated the crown, Colour requested was Artic Grey and it was applied white - NO WHERE near the colour I asked for. I was never asked if I liked it or was it ok, and when I spoke up, you blame the lighting for how it looks?? I was so embarrassed by how it looked, I went home and shaved my head. I’d rather have no hair then let anyone in the shop attempt to fix it.
Paid $63 for a 4yr & 6yr old haircut, they neglected to tell you on their website that they charge an extra $5 for Sunday rates. Not impressed & definitely will not return & recommend to anyone!!!
