I cannot speak highly enough of the service I was provided by the Albany Creek FC team, and more specifically my recent travel consultant, Giulia. Giulia is an absolute testament to the company and went above and beyond to assist me in planning my trip. She was also able to give me some personal travel insights which I found very useful. She replied to my email queries promptly, stayed back past her shift to ensure my needs were met and was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process (which ended up becoming a little complicated due to factors on my end). After receiving this fantastic level of service, I will most definitely be booking through Flight Centre Albany Creek/Giulia again.

I first met Georgii at the expo. She was really helpful when we didnt have any real direction. She shared her experience and knowledge of Finland which made us comfortable. Since booking our holiday Georgii has responded to each of my requests with professionalism. The team there have always been polite and helpful when I've called and due to how far we live from Albany Creek the phone support has been wonderful. Thanx teamnDonna

We had to phone them to ask if we should receive tickets, nothing automatically sent. Then they entered wrong name details on the ticket so ran into problems with the airline as the name on ticket did not match passport. They had correct original details on file. I think it must be easier to deal direct with the airline. Third parties add a layer to get things wrong!

Do not bother. Was told i would be provided with a specific car (mustang) only to arrive and have a booking for a ‘similar’ vehicle being a vw passat. Also check air bnb availablility in your destination. They will attempt to tell you its illegal in the u.s to secure accommodation bookings
