Embellish Day Spa & Massage Albany Creek

I left a prior review saying it was difficult to book appointments here. I got this spa mixed up with another one. This spa was the one I ended up booking with. The communication was great and so was the customer service. I highly recommend them for their customer service, haven't used the spa yet. I apologize to Lin profusely for this horrible mix up.

My experience tonight was amazing. I did a reflexology message and facial and both were the most relaxing experience after a long time. The treatments are very reasonably priced. I had the treatments from Lynn. I've had a lot of massages over the time. However, this was one of the best experience. The pressure was perfect, not to hard but not to soft. My facial left me feeling hydrated, exactly what I needed. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend Lyn, she is extremely professional and very kind. Amazing customer service. Our first massage ever and it was amazing, me and my partner got a spa package the 'refresh together' which includes 120 mins of whole body massage exfoliating srcub and body wrap and it was so relaxing and refreshing for both of us.nnUse made us feel on top of the world.nnThank you to Lin and her team for a great day today. I have been to Embellish a couple of times.nI recommend them for massages, I have come up lovely and relaxed.nToday I tried a mani pedi and I can’t say I would recommend. My mani was a mess I had to go back and have it removed it looked so bad.nSo I wasted 2.5 hrs to leave with clean nails.nTo be fair they handled it very well and I might consider giving a second chance.
