Ada was very thorough and organised everything and she was very kind and helpful. I felt that I didn't have to worry about a thing she took care of everything and knew exactly what I wanted and the kind of service it should be. It really helped me get through the day and I still can't believe how beautiful the service was. Will definitely recommend.

Ada was an incredible help for my family through my father's death. She is one of the kindest people I've met in my life and made the whole experience not only one of sadness but one that perfectly memorialised my dad. It must be a difficult role being in her shoes but she does so with poise and grace. Thank you for your help during this time, I can't express how much I appreciate what you did for us.

Patsy was extraordinary in helping our family recently, we can not thank her enough. Nothing was a problem or too hard. Patsy is incredibly efficient but has a wonderful warm manner and a compassion that we appreciated immensely.
