I booked a 5 night stay not long ago in Jim’s Beach House and I am very happy to say that the experience provided by Tanya and the team at Destination Byron Bay was nothing short of fantastic. I booked as a romantic getaway for mine and my wife’s 10 year anniversary. I let the team know this upon booking and they went over and beyond of making a beautiful welcome gift of bubbles, candles and chocolates to help us celebrate our occasion. The accommodation was spotless with everything in its place and yet still had a homely relaxing feel to it. We were contacted throughout our stay to see if we required anything else or assistance which was such a delight to be looked after so well. With a number of accommodations to choose from through Destination Byron Bay it’s the human touch by the team that makes it a wonderful stay no matter what place you choose. Do not use this company to book your holiday! Instead choose the professional, organised and guest focused online booking platforms that host the exact same properties. We wish we did. By booking elsewhere, you will get a pleasant, easy, transparent booking experience and fair and reasonable terms and conditions and cancellation policies. None of which you will get from Destination Byron Bay. We used to be happy to support small business booking agencies like this one but our experience with Destination Byron Bay and the manager, Ms O'Neill has been so pitiful and frankly disappointing at a fundamental human level, that we will always now use the online booking platforms. If you want your holiday to feel like an actual holiday, choose the security, flexibility, confidence and professionalism of the online booking platforms and steer clear of this business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Horrible experience, the lady running it all, Tanya, has no clue, no ability to fix a problem caused by herself and worst of all, no capability to accept any fault. I'm sure there are some people who have had decent experiences through this company but do yourself a favour and just book an Air B&B, save yourself the hassle of dealing with this lot. If I could give negative stars I would.
