I work the same hours as this p/o. They have my parcel and won't answer the phone. Tried multiple times for the past 5 days.

called at least 20 times on 10/07/20 and they didn’t once answer..needed to get parcel urgently because aus post delivery guy didn’t knock at my front door. (was home all day in the living room, no knocks) and now you’re closed on saturday so i can’t even come in today to get my parcel. horrible service.

Never answer the phone, have been trying for several days to track down a package that may have been sent to the wrong post office. Travel restrictions mean I can't go to Warburton and they won't answer the phone. Customer service rating: 0

THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. LEAVE MESSAGES AND THEY DONT RETURN CALLS. WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SEEM TO LACK IT. ..SAD!!!!
