Highly recommend this specialist music store. We have been regular customers for several years now. Always impressed with the excellent customer service (and good humour) from Richard and all of his very knowledgeable staff. We are very happy with all our purchases, ranging from a beautiful Struna Maestro viola to chin rest fittings, cases, shoulder rests, sheet music and more. Advice, service and assistance has always been very attentive and helpful.

For an old guitarist needing a couple of strings the service was unexpectedly generous & gracious. Even to breaking-open a new package of 6 to save me buying more than needed. I recommend this shop highly. Plus a delightful conversation.

Went to Whitehorse music after seeing many reviews or on YouTube (with a guy barely able to play violin) Being a professional violinist in Hong Kong, this place is an absolute scam. The violins are so OVERPRICED. A guy told me that they do professional setups for violin but as a professional musician, I was shattered by the quality of setup after seeing the higher end instruments. They promote the overpriced Struna violins because it’s their own brand but sounds nasal and congested due to cheap materials; the only focus is appearance here. I will not recommend this place to my friend or colleagues in Melbourne Australia.
