I'm sure there is better, we built our house 4 years ago and this week water started to drip from the ceiling of our kitchen, no choice we open to see that a joint shower was loose. After the badly installed bath, the supply pipe of the forgotten toilet so we make a hole in the wall which was all freshly painted, the shower tap installed on the wrong side, the kitchen tap which started to fidget 2 years, here we are with the tip, but he replied that after 4 years it's normal. It's still funny that I lived in a house, which was more than 100 years old, for 10 years and that there is no pipe that let go, but that after 4 years in a new house, Yes! Frankly I'm sure you can do better ... because I wonder if we can do worse!
