A very honorable effort to develop crémant in Quebec while respecting tradition, but unfortunately a product that is disappointing and very expensive in the end.
Very good! We tasted the sparkling 4 and they were all excellent. Producers, (mom and daughter) very nice and nice explanations and anecdotes on their products. We took the opportunity to visit the beautiful little village. 👌
