I called Edwin to change a burnt submersible pump: despite his busy schedule he found an hour in the evening and he did the work the same day because the sump was half full of water so there was a very high risk of flooding. His promptness touched me a lot because in this complicated time (COVID 19) it is almost impossible to find a contractor who will be ready to do the work within a few hours of receiving the call. Impeccable work done by a competent and empathetic professional at a competitive price. Thank you so much! 🤝
