He is dishonest and he overcharged. I called him to connect the water to my fridge. He came at 3pm and told me he was going to come the next day to do the job because he thought it was going to take 2-3 hours. The next day, he send one of his workers at 2pm which completed the job in 1 hour but still charged me Mario's time from the day before. When i called to ask him about that charge, he said that estimations are not free. I told him that i never asked for an estimation, its him that didnt feel like doing the job on the spot and wanted to return the next day. He then became super defensive and said "you clients are all the same, you want everything for free". I replied that he took advantage and is dishonest , he said "if 40$ is that important to you then, i'll come give you your 40$ back tomorrow". He never showed up! Im never dealing with him again, I'm sure there's many OTHER honest plumbers out there!

They showed up as planned at the meeting, my hot water tank was stashed in two places (no big deal, it's only the outside according to the technician), they walked on my beige carpet with their wet boots (I have to wash my carpet) and finally, the installation is not finished, they installed my 60 gallon water tank in a tank not connected to the drain WE DO NOT DO THIS, no use you will be able to see the water mounted and react !!! VERY BAD
