I had parts of my broken fittings. A local retailer told me that I had to buy the entire kit for almost $ 200. But here the guy was able to find the parts for me and gave them to me for free. A big thank you for the good service !!

I received excellent service. My faulty faucet dated from 2005. I went to the parts counter and the clerk who received me replaced the cartridges (cold water - hot water) by warranty, without problem. Thank you for your excellent service !!!
