Best team possible in the intensive care unit with well trained staff that deserve full recognition. Each and everyone of them show empathy and patience with their patients and their related parties. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their services. A true professional team. I imagine that negative reviews given by other parties must have been prior to November 2020. Terrible hospital. More security than nurses, infinite wait times and understaffed. Didn’t take my partners urgent condition seriously at all. After waiting forever we asked if we could have an appointment the following day and the nurse ‘forgot his password’ and couldn’t book us one. Opted to just drive to Montreal and get treatment there. If you’re in the area just spend the extra hour to go to a proper hospital further south.

Worst experience ever. Waited about 6 hours and then decided to leave because it was not clear if we would ever be seen by a doctor. way under staffed for being the only hospital in a 50/60 miles radius

For Hopital Ste. Agathe. Hard to give the correct number of stars. Dr. Pepin and the staff in Ophthalmology were excellent and very pleasant 5 stars; however, when I politely asked the long haired receptionist at the entrance of the hospital, the right side desk, October 7th, 2019, to speak more slowly so I would understand, she leaned back and yelled something to the effect of ....."and that's the way it is," quickly, in French.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs. In retrospect, I could have driven to Ottawa, sought treatment at a half-decent hospital and then driven back to Tremblant...all in less time than I spent waiting for a radiologist to process an X-ray (7 hours). Pathetic excuse for emergency medical services.
