This plumber is not able to estimate his work because he wants to charge a lot of $$$$. It does not respond to email or call and is not reliable

I called these plumbers recently for behind-the-scenes problems on facilities they had set up themselves ... twice they confirmed that they would come in the following hours and two times they have never been face nor telephoned for any explanation they are. They are absolutely not reliable.
