We are extremely satisfied with the services we received from Goyer Inc. and Jean-Luc. Our 3 zone water heating system was giving us trouble: one zone completely stopped working, while the other went in overdrive heating at 100%, none stop. Turning our house into a 30 degree hot zone. As it is a special system, we had problems even finding someone to come over and look at it. When we called Goyer Inc., not only did they acknowledge the urgency and send someone that same afternoon, but they also came fully prepared with every possible problem solution in the truck. While we did not receive our final bill yet, (and are definitely not looking forward to it, in the middle of this pandemic, while on bed rest with a baby due any day, and Christmas right around the corner,) we are extremely grateful for the swift, competent, perfectly bilingual and extremely capable service we received. Our system has never run so efficient and quiet as it is now.

Had slow draining pipes to the point where it took 30 minutes to empty a bath. They came over. Performed drain unclogging with no success. Suggested that the septic tank was probably full and that I should empty it. Costed me 350$ and still had a problem. Called a company to empty the tank (275$) which wasn't full. Ended up calling Drain Expert which fixed the problem instantly. I should've called them first. I would've saved 600$. The issue is that Goyer didn't have enough equipment in their truck to check and fix my problem in one visit. I guess they are more of a general plumber. Call them to install a dishwasher and not to fix something more important.

My wife spoke to female twice on the phone, very nice. Jean- luc was very nice, installed new dishwasher. However, weeks later I removed new dish washer today and it affected our kitchen sink. Now we can't do our dishes until the new dishwasher is delivered.
