Excellent service! A friend recommended the company to us since she was very satisfied with them. They came on time, gave a quick solution and finished the job very efficiently. Excellent service, quick and painless. I highly recommend this business as they've helped me out a few times now for a great price. They also have it in your best interest pocket-wise with no "bs" attached. Never asking for another plumber, they have me for life.

Excellent. Highly recommended. Clogged sinks, with company expected, called Rochon. One of their plumbers let us know when he would arrive. He was fantastic. Got to work, fixed the problem we called for, and others we had had. We were very pleased. This company has been in business for quite some time and takes pride in its work.

I called them on Friday morning before a long weekend to have a hot water tank installed. By 10:00 I received a call from them that someone would be coming before lunch. At 11:30, I received call that he was on his way and by 1:00, job was complete. Very satisfied with the service that I received and would call them in the future.

Terrible customer service and reliability. Called a week in advance to book an appointment for 8am; the day they are supposed to come for the service they have not arrived at 8am, and they didn't call me back after calling central twice to find out why they weren't at my home yet, until almost 2 hours after their scheduled appointment only to tell me that they were expecting ME to call THEM to confirm the appointment and they have no availability either way because the person that was supposed to come complete the work in my home was on vacation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
