Had a great experience with the girl working cash the other night. Wish I knew her name so I could give her some credit. She was patient and very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely great service, she even had some great recommendations for us when we asked. Plus, the wait was very quick.
After waiting for 15 mins plus the fries were cold, popcorn chicken was cold, the chicken pieces were cold. the hot wings were the only thing that were hot. Very disappointing, For the length of time waiting. I'd suggest if your waiting for something to cook don't put everything else out. Good money wasted and went in the bin.
I have had KFC before and it was great, but Friday night it was terrible. The service was great but the product was poor.
Very curtious staff. All protocols in place
