Valley Eats... honestly if you have a car, I'd recommend using it. Look at the price of things, let's say you ordered a Mary Brown's 9 piece feast for example... 37$ from Mary Browns... and then 13.99$ delivery fee, 2$ convenience fee and they'd still like you to tip the driver, because remember, those fees go to whoever created/put up the app months ago. Oh and don't forget tax. You almost need to work 2 hours in order to save yourself a 20minute drive lol

Great service, been using it a lot and nothing negative to say until today. Missing our dipping sauces for our pizzas. I know its only a couple bucks but we got stuffed crust for both pizzas which is why we got the dipping sauces. We emailed them and let them know, and their response was they will credit us the couple dollars on our next order.....I thought they would at least offer to bring us the missing items...

As a profesional Lazy Adult, I've ordered from valley eats numerous times... more than I would like to admit. I've had 2 instances of the RESTAURANT messing up my order and valley eats rectified it. Some of the drivers are iffy but common.... its not like they are hiring profesional caterers with Nascar driving standards. I've only had one truly frustrating experience where my order was really late and they rectified it (I'd rather not say how so people don't abuse them). It is a LOCAL business with local people doing to work... its going to be sloppy for the most part but the food will be warm and delicious. (Side note as of right now Tim Hortons isn't on the app which is honestly a crime of its own... so let's work on that ;) )

I’m super pregnant and my order has been wrong twice and they ignored me and when somebody used my card I said it wasn’t me and canceled immediately said they would refund it and never did it’s super unfortunate. Spend most of my income on valley eats this covid but.. 😂❤️ I won’t be ordering from them anymore though my last 3 orders have been upsetting and not kind customer service just overall really upset at customer service.🙃
