We paid way too much per night ($ 150) for a cabin where there is just a double bed, a single bed on the mezzanine and a fridge inside. Before my arrival I received an email with my items to bring (written "blankets and towels") and arrived on site there are just the mattresses covered with plastic, no bedding, no blankets, no pillows ... We would have liked be notified before you have to bring EVERYTHING. The pool is nice but closes at 5pm and the beach is nice. We still had a good weekend with our friends who had a trailer, luckily because forget that to do something in the cabin. What's funny is that there is a barbecue but nothing else, not even the minimum of utensils ... In short, we won't go back there when we think that we have paid $ 110 a night for a chalet all equipped in the Saguenay with a magnificent site.

Very nice location. Courteous and very kind owners. The staff are really nice. My kids love this place. We are seasonal and we are here to stay. The owners have great values (cleanliness, child safety, etc.) and very respectful. Well done to your entire team!

Super nice campsite, great atmosphere. The owners are really there to try to make it work. I had 5 lots for the whole family and they were there from start to finish to make arrangements quick! Nice park for kids and the water games are awesome in hot weather! Being a lake fan, I haven't tried the new pool, however the look is really beautiful! Thank you for the beautiful weekend!

If you want to go to a campsite where you can actually be on vacation, have fun with your neighbors without getting complained by the owner, go to bed later than when you work, that the toilets are clean, that the owners know how to act with customers without shouting or threatening continuously, well GO ELSEWHERE. By the way, the owner's response is full of falsehood. Lot 106 and the rental of 103 for the last day of our stay were not our friends. In addition, I left the campsite before noon. I believe you are wrong customer. Also, I did not mention that there was music elsewhere on the grounds until 2 am. Your answer demonstrates what type of owner you are.

I think it's a question of the face. If the owner loves your face, turn is fine. Otherwise ... You give a star ... For the lack of respect, for the "yes yes no problem" which turns out to be false. Nice pool on the other hand. But that's all...
