I’ve used quite a few storage companies in the past. I found these people friendly willing to work with us and didn’t hold her feet to the fire on some BS contract or make it difficult to get out when we’re done using the facility. It is very clean secure and professional. Thank you for letting us use your facility for the time we needed it

My experience with this company has been positive from beginning to end. Their customer service is prompt, polite, and helpful. The units are clean, safe, and easy to access with a truck or Uhaul. It’s super easy to pay your bill online. I would recommend Store N More in Chestermere to family or friends without hesitation or reservation.

Nothing but great feedback for the team at Chestermere Store and More. I have been a customer there for the past 24 months while living overseas. The team has been very accommodating and supportive to me. Was even pleased to have emails on two occasions regarding my truck (once a flat tire and the other time a message asking if I had moved it since they knew I was normally out of the country). Thanks for the great service team!!

Been renting a parking spot here since they opened almost 3 years ago. The experience has been absolutely excellent! I’ve used other storage places in the past, and these guys are hands down the best!

Storage units, on the whole, aren't exactly a glamourous or exciting part of life. Keeping that in mind, it should be wholly expected that my review won't be effusive in praise because storage is... boring. What I CAN say is that these folks were super friendly, the storage unit I got was as advertised, and they crew made it painless to get things set up. Coming and going thru the gate was easy. The whole place feels well put together. I recommend these folks for all your storage needs!
