EZ Storage Unit

Sorry for the bad experiences you guys had, but we had to forcibly evict the previous jokers who were running a rather terrible storage service on our site due to non-payment of their Lease. Unfortunately, they abandoned a lot of customer materials on our site, and refused to inform their customers or provide us with customer information, or pay us any money we were owed. These jokers are still busy running another storage service within Calgary the last time I heard, and I'm sure it's still as terrible as ever. Therefore we are not the new owners of this previous storage business. The result of all this travesty is that we were forced to start a storage company to handle all of the left over material and it took years and years for the other company's customers to slowly trickle in and find their belongings. Now that the process is finished, we are providing storage services on our site with important changes. 1. Wrecked vehicles are no longer allowed to be stored. 2. Small storage lockers (10 ft by 10 ft) are no longer provided. They have been demolished. 3. Covered storage is in 20 ft and 40 ft steel containers. 4. Vehicle/RV/truck/trailer storage. 5. Industrial storage including heavy/long items can be accommodated by our 100 ft turning radius entrance.

Don't leave your stuff here unless you want it stolen. Especially if it's brand new. This review is about 5 years late, but I left my brand new Haulmark covered 2-up motorcycle trailer here over the summer of 2007. The trailer was empty, but the back door had two padlocks, and the side door had one padlock on it. I went back in October to retrieve the trailer, but it was nowhere to be found. I went into the office to ask where my trailer was, and without the men having ever met me before (when I dropped the trailer off nobody was there), they knew exactly which missing trailer I was speaking of. The one guy asked me what was in it, and before I could answer, the other guy said "Nothing". Not sure how he could have possibly known that without the locks having been cut to look inside. I made a police report, and two weeks later I got a call saying that my trailer turned up in the impound. I went to the impound to find a piece of crap rusted out single old trailer with my plate on it. I was never refunded the money I paid to store it there, or the $10,000 the trailer cost me. Due to my youth and stupidity at the time the trailer was not insured. I guess I figured it didn't need to be insured while in storage because it would be safe. So I was out $10,000 plus storage costs. I hope the new owner that these crooks sold my trailer to is enjoying it. I have no idea if this facility is under the same ownership as it was in 2007, but if so BEWARE. I give this place a ZERO rating and will never recommend this place to anyone.
