We moved from South Calgary to Airdrie and knew it would be quite the job... We talked about moving companies and threw around several ideas... We came across Mi-Box and decided it was the best option. My husband works a lot and most of the moving would be done by myself with my two small kids. I cannot express how helpful and amazing the staff are and how amazing the box's are!!!! I talked to a lot of people that work here and only had amazing experiences. On the last day I forgot to unload my box and the driver even called me and unloaded the box for me.... This is the best company ever. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you all for all your hard work!!!!! Keep it up. There aren't enough people out there who work as hard or are as friendly as you! Thank you again

Amazing experience, from coordinating with Stephanie to the drop off and pick up (x2) with Brandon, everyone went above and beyond the level of service I was expecting. They anticipate questions and offer solutions before even asking (for example, I had my unit facing the opposite direction than 'normal' due to where I had it placed on my property, so Brandon offered before I even asked if I wanted it turned around for easy access at my new location). Also, the box and system itself is super slick, no issues or concerns with my items whatsoever. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend to anyone in and around the Calgary region. Thanks to everyone at the Mi-Box Calgary team!

Can't thank the team at Mi-Box Calgary enough for having such a great product, team and customer service. Booking was simple easy, and having as much time as we needed to load the bins vs. rushing to pack a moving truck makes so much more sense than traditional moving. Drop Off and pick up were on time, and despite tight closing times they made it work. The system kep the box level and the not a single item was damaged or even really shifted during the move. Plus the kids loved watching the remote control unloading! Thanks Team Mi-Box

As a long-term client, I highly recommend Mi-Box Moving & Mobile Storage with great confidence for anyone’s long or short-term storage needs. Each step of their process is highly professional, friendly, efficient and seamless. Moving and storage can be a stressful process which they have made easier from the initial contact, scheduling pick up, attending their location to remove/add items and final drop. Over the years I have been very appreciative of their top-notch, prompt and excellent client service which made this process much easier for me.
