Great service. First unit wasn’t large enough and they got us sorted out with a larger unit that fit our needs. Was very pleased with the services that we got at this location! Tyler was great
My son passed away recently and I phoned to find out if he had a Locker, I was told that they could not release that info, I did offer to send proof of death and was not good enough. They could not help and would not pass me to management as they said that the answer would be the same. Phoned one of their competitors and was told that they would find out if my son had a locker with them and after looking up his name it turned out he had put me on the lease. Sentinel is the most heartless bunch of people that I encountered during the loss of my son. They need to train their people or change their policies.
