The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even when I had to switch storage units it was no problem. I'm grateful for their excellent service.
The representative on the phone was very pleasant and provided detailed information about the rental unit options and for access to the unit. Ultimately, the whole process from completing the rental forms online to accessing the unit was seamless.

Attendant was very helpful at getting us set up with a storage facility - it took all of 15 minutes. The storage unit for clean and dry; the facility itself is well maintained and secure. Pricing was competitive. Overall a very positive experience.
