Great customer service. Phoned in advance and given clear friendly advice what to expect. Arrived just after someone else and the lady said she would be right with me and was prompt and efficient with them. She didn't rush them or ignore me. Spoke clearly (even with a mask) and explained things carefully. I was on my way and on to my move soon.

Love the staff here. I've been with them for 3 years and have never had an issue. They are friendly and professional. They have all sized storage lockers for a great price. You can access all hours and it is monitored. They give a courtesy call if you forget its rent day and are super nice about it.

WestKey is an excellent storage facility. Centrally and easily located in Inglewood, the Team in the office is very personable and great at helping you figure out what size locker you need. The time it took to get a locker, fill out paperwork and get started was fast and easy. I recommend meeting with their Team first and seeing the facility before making a decision on your next storage locker, you won't be disappointed.
