Wisdom and his crew of four, we’re absolutely amazing, excellent customer service. The crew came across very professional and very sincere when dealing with us. We actually found the entire crew very reassuring and jovial! The care they took while handling our possessions, was amazing. The treated are goods as if they were their own. I would highly recommend Wisdom, Jared, Kevin and Shaun to everyone! Our move took the day and into the evening. These gentlemen, still kept her sense of humor even after a long day with our move! Truly an awesome group, and very reflective of your long-standing company!
The entire process with Highland was incredible. Very prompt communication and assistance, I've never used professional movers before and had some hesitance with it, however Becka and Shelia answered all my questions (and there were many!) very quickly and communicated very well.
Our movers showed up early and immediately got to work. Chase and Spencer were two of the hardest working guys I've ever met. Exceptionally professional, prompt and excellent at packaging and moving everything, involving us the whole time, they worked a very long day into the night and I must reiterate that they are among the hardest workers I've ever known. They unpacked with the same level of professionalism, promptness and care that they showed on the front end.
Highland Moving has made my first experience completely stress free and enjoyable. If I ever need to use a moving company again it's a no brainer that I'll call Highland. Outstanding!
Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!
Where do I even start with the amazing staff at Highland.... From Paul who came and did the walk through, to the ladies at the warehouse answering my last minute questions (this was my very first Office move and I had no idea what to expect) To the crew who took amazingly good care of us.
The weather was s**t on our move weekend and these guys showed up early and with smiles on.
Ray and his team went above and beyond helping us to get set up and settled to our new office. A shout out to the assemblyman Mr. Robby... WOW could that guy move. To the other guys, Patrick, Jeremy, Alex, and so many more (I'm sorry I did not get all your names) Thank you!!

We moved from Calgary to Ottawa. Highland Moving provided excellent and professional service right from the beginning. They made a good estimate, kept the dates they promised, provided all support that we needed, and had top teams for packing, loading, and unloading. No damages, neither in our old and new home, nor at our furniture and other stuff. And always good communication with Highland Moving and with Paul, the truck driver. Thanks again to the whole team
