I hired StorageMart on Barlow Trail to take care of some overstock. On checking in, Darlene Smith was outrageously helpful, making the experience very pleasant. When it came time for us to vacate the unit, we had to move stock to a family members' unit nearby, 3 days into the month. Darlene and Daniel (Johnson) worked it so I only was charged for the first days of the month, and when I was moving the boxes Darlene came out to make sure everything was okay. I would NOT hesitate to recommend StorageMart on Barlow Trail. Their professionalism and decency were wholly unexpected.

I recently used the Barlow Trail location for storage of some household items. The site is easy to access and seems sufficiently secure. Moving truck fits fine on the site, and it has a separate gate for truck entry during hours that the office is open. Unit was as described online. Daniel assisted me with the rental process and was great. His explanations were clear, and he was pleasant and friendly. (As an add-on, I see that someone else complained about a rate increase after 6 months. I was told prior to signing the rental agreement that rates are increased after 6 months - nice to be told that right away.)

Only Doing these reviews because of the excellent service we got when looking for units. Darlene was not able to get us a unit we needed at this location so found us a location close and at a good rate. Told us to go see the manager at 52, that day, we went the next day and it was Darlene there to get us into the unit. Excellent job storage mart. you rock.

I am leaving a comment because they will donate $15.00 to Big Brother and Big Sisters of Canada for every review. Good customer service. Quick response. Easy to access the location. I have no problem driving a 15' truck on the site.

I had been storing my stuff at Storage Mart for around 6 months. I got an email notice that my monthly rate was getting increased. I was already paying almost $150/month for a tiny 5x10’ unit. When I inquired as to why I was getting a rate increase. The attendant responded,”It looks like you’ve been here long enough for a rate increase.” What?!?!? So, Storage Mart rewards their customers loyalty, by increasing their rate?? Well guess what Storage Mart! You lost a customer, due to the way you treat your loyal customers! Won’t use Storage Mart ever again!
