I echo the positive reviews here. This store is a surprising treasure trove inside. I rarely leave without something stylish from an interesting designer. Its well stocked and the staff are helpful. Highly recommended!
Very rude and obnoxious people working there, very uncomfortable place to shop.
Nice clothing. In such an intimate space the customer service could be a tad better.
This is my “go-to” store. So Blu has an amazing variety of clothing and accessories.
The lines they carry are different so you can always find something fun & exciting and not see your outfit on 50 others. It is also great to be able to support a local business over a large American chain.
Additionally their prices are reasonable allowing you to buy a number of items without breaking the bank.
So Blu also has a great men’s section at the store as well.
The staff are friendly and service-oriented without ever making you feel pressured.

Had a fantastic experience with this clothing store in West Vancouver. I am very hesitant to try jeans but wanted a pair. Their selection was amazing but more importantly, the staff were great. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. I walked out with new jeans, a dress and a sweater. And my husband did even better. The men's clothing (and women's too) is probably the best selection I have seen in an independent store. We live in Langley so don't get there as often as we'd like. It is always worth the trip though, even if it means going out of our way.
