Staff are actually helpful! I find some retail shops people just prefer to fold clothes and work on the display, but anytime I've come here they are finding you more sizes, helping you choose the best option, and really overall good hires. Thanks!

Poor customer service and rude staff. Manager mean, nasty and unprofessional. Will shop at Vancouver location so much nicer and actually fun.

Once I saw the Mr.Super Puffs came out, I had to pick one up. My sisters told me to ask for Rachel when I went in, so I did. When I got there I was greeted by Rachel who was just a blast to be around and helped me pick out the perfect jacket that brought me through the cold winter days. Great investment and wonderful service.

Rudest staff on planet earth. The manager was borderline nasty when I tried to return something. You would think when you spend over $1000.00 that returning a $50.00 item wouldn't be a hassle.
