I bought a pair of running/walking shoes yesterday. Libby, the salesperson, was extremely helpful. Competent, knowledgeable, and patient. She is gifted with a very pleasant personality and caring attitude. She helped me choose just the right shoe. Customer service at its best.

Very nice staff in there but manager is unreasonable and and totally inflexible. I Bought a brand new pair of shoes for $220 and thought I liked them. Wore them out of the store to my car. That’s it! I then Came back the next morning to return with receipt. The manager denied giving my money back saying they looked worn. They did not look worn at all since I had only walked In Them 100 steps. The same I did inside of the store when trying on. I reminded her that Nike.ca has a 30 day money back guarantee worn or not worn. She didn’t budge. Anyhow, I returned them at the Robson location no questions asked! Beware of this when buying shoes from them. Btw the guy helping me the night before was awesome and really helped out so not to fault him at all. Francesco
