Very friendly and knowledgeable service. I am a fan of the brand and own a couple of pieces. The sales associate was able to speak intelligently about the new cuts and fabrics compared to what I already own. I ended up buying something as a result.

This Store has one of the best layouts. Very clear to see what you want to shop for, and the customer service for me and my coaching team was phenomenal
Was not happy with their return policy. We bought a shirt for our son and it pilled badly after several months. We tried to return but they wouldn’t accept it (as we didn’t have a receipt). I think they need to stand by their products and make their experiences hassle free (like all of their competitors do). You won’t create loyal customer if you don’t. Disappointed.
Beautiful product, superb quality. Only problem is lack of diversity. The products are limited, both in variety and in available sizes. Customer service is great
I recently bought a gift card online for a friend. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after ordering. I contacted the online chat help option and Bryant immediately helped me with the problem. The digital gift card system was down so he sent me the redemption code for the gift card through the chat. When I said my friend wanted to redeem the money in-store that day (as he was leaving the next day), Bryant called Park Royal store and got a physical gift card put aside for me with the money on it. I called ahead and Joy at the store knew my name and the situation with the card immediately. When I went into the store, the staff member at the door also recognized my name, knew the situation and had the gift card waiting for us at the till! We bought one of their backpacks and were really impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff. Thank you!
