Very friendly and helpful staff :) I really enjoy shopping here.

I’ve always loved this company and have come to many locations with my daughter for years. We happened to be in West Vancouver recently and decided to stop in, we had a member of the staff named Patricia who was quite rude and didn’t give us the Plenty experience we were so used to and loved. She made it seem like we were more of an annoyance than a Plenty guest. We felt very unwanted and will not be returning to this location because of it.

Love this store! The clothes are so well made and the prices are excellent. My hubby has stepped up his style shopping here, and I've bought some amazing and unique jewellery, but my fave item is a bag that I bought a few years ago that people always comment on. The staff are super helpful and friendly, they take the time to help find the right style & fit for you, their customer service is excellent!

Amazing store. Allot of help from the customer reps!! Loved it!!
