After a very disastrous experience with our original purchase and installation, Mike came, corrected, and did a full reinstall of our geothermal system. All ducting needed correcting and Mike's knowledge, and patience came through for us. Punctual, easy to communicate with...no surprises and everything was done with a great attitude and a Colgate smile. Would absolutely recommend him and his company without any reservations whatsoever

The first place I called to fix my geothermal unit in July told me that they had to wait for a part and that it would take at least a week to hear back from the factory as to how many more weeks it would take for the.factory to deliver the part. As that meant going most of the summer without air conditioning, with the humidex regularly around 30, I called Energy 1 for a second opinion. I did not tell them about the first opinion. Mike came the next morning. He agreed that a part was needed and called around and found it and the part was installed and the AC back on within 2 business days at just under Mike's original estimate. I highly recommend Energy 1.

Made an illegal u-turn across a double yellow line right in front of me as a cyclist. UPDATE: Per below the business responded. The license plate was YJ-7509 or JY-7509. I can't remember the exact plate but something along those lines. The u-turn happened on Columbia St. underneath the Patullo Bridge at about 2pm. I strongly suspect the driver needed to cross the bridge into Surrey and could not figure out how to do it legally.

Here's the issue...you have a fleet of work vehicles out, and the one I had the pleasure of being behind in traffic today at a stop light too the time to open his car door, proceed to dump all his fast food garbage straight on the road and continue on his way..no headlights on. Unbelievable. Vehicle no. 8, Maryhill bypass 7:00 am April 4th If this is how inconsiderate you are to throwing out your fast food garbage from your work vehicle, it leads me to definitely question the level of service your company provides. Very disheartening.

I have to say. Awful went $4000 over Budget. Took MUCH longer than it was supposed to. The original tech was great but to "save us money" the owner sent his sons to help out. They were rude and unhelpful. Since our new boiler was put in we have been cold every winter (Last 3 years!). Cannot get ahold of this company and when we finally do they send us yet another bill. We have been so disappointed. And finally had someone else come and look at boiler and they could not believe the set up that was done on it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Very unreliable and they are terrible with their follow up.
