He showed me the differences in price and warranties which made the decision to buy that much easier. He showed up when he said he would, installed it on schedule and cleaned up after the install. Richard is a professional engineer! My furnace had a damage one year ago and I asked two other workers came to fix it, but it still made a terrible noise and didn’t work very well until I found Richard. He detected the real problem and fix it very quickly! I’m so happy that I found him!
