Hamid is always available when we need him to help us with our plumbing issues. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, affordable, well mannered and specializes in what he does best, "PLUMBING". He has always gone above and beyond to do what is right regarding our plumbing issues. Quality plumbing services at a great price. I was having drainage issues with my kitchen sink, and also my bathroom sink needed a well overdue check up. I called a few plumbing companies but they were either unresponsive or simply charged too high a price. After some searching, only Modal Plumbing was charging a reasonable fee for a kitchen sink repair. The service was quick and professional, they weren't dragging out their time or doing unnecessary procedures, it was straight to the point and got the job done. The worker even checked on my bathroom sink and got rid of the gunk in the pipes without extra charge. Highly recommended for all plumbing needs. Definitely in my book for future services.

The pipe on the main road of our residential place burst in the evening while there was rain showers. BC Modal worked till 2 am to replace the broken pipes. He installed tent and projector lamp. He was soaking wet but did not stop working until successfully completed the project. I found him very committed and responsible person. His service was great and the price was reasonable and fair.

Hamid is a great plumber. He does have a technical mind and provide up to code, but creative and affordable techniques. We had leaks in the middle of our dining room. All plumbers were going to dig up the whole floors to find the leaky pipes base on T&M, but finally Hamid is referred. He replaced the broken pipes without even digging. He used trenchless techniques. He charged us very reasonable price. We were so grateful to have Hamid. He helped us save huge amounts of money, as well as hassle free! Oh! Wow!! Thank you Hamid. You are a great man!
