Many healthy salad and soup options. The food quality and portion was pretty decent. The staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. Highly recommended. Must try the food 👍🏻

Extremely disappointing experience with this location today!! I came in during my break and went up to the register and waited a good two minutes before i had to call out to the employees who were talking on their personal cellphones, to be assisted. The girl then came to the register with a foul look on her face like I had interrupted an important meeting. Then asked what I wanted.. there was no “hello how are you doing today” or even “how may I help you”, she then proceeded to rudely take my order. I expected her to be more polite as she was dressed in a managers uniform. As my food was being made the girl was loudly talking in Punjabi to her coworker, I could not understand what she was saying but it sounded very impolite. My salad was aggressively passed to me and not even a thank you was exchanged. I left this location feeling very disappointed with the customer service, I have visited many different locations and have received extremely friendly service in the past. This came as quite a surprise therefore I won’t be returning to this location.

The salads are hearty and the soup sides are good. There's plenty of options with the mix-and-match toppings and dressings. It feels slightly expensive but tastes good.

Employee refused to wear their mask properly even after I requested that they do so. Nose was fully out of mask.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the bowl was decent. Deserves zero for sure. Has good traffic coming in thanks to the big strip mall and on the way to/from Delta and the ferries. Again another franchise owner and company that don't bother looking into the store on a daily basis. From the service to the cleanliness, everything was just pathetic. I found both the staff (guessing part time students) to be cold and indifferent. When my first card was denied, she seemed frustrated. The $2 falafel offer wasn't explained properly nor applied to the final bill. One of the washrooms was choked and overflowing. A lot of people were also waiting for their orders for a lot of time. Half of the ingredients that customers wanted, weren't available on the menu. A customer was also charged twice for protein when he only added a single. Many of them seemed visibly unhappy while waiting. And don't even get me started on their gossip and incessant talking. While this isn't all the two workers' fault, I would definitely blame the franchise owner and company management for not being on site and experiencing what it's like. Please get a shift manager or supervisor soonest. Saving on expenses is only going to ruin not just this store, but the entire Chopped Leaf brand. Would be definitely going to the Freshii across the road from now on. Cleaner, well managed, and friendlier/keen to help staff.
