These guys know how to create a memorable client experience! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and at their location was professional plus went above and beyond expectations. Special shout out to management and the driver in Nanaimo that runs the shuttle service...you guys/girls are the real MVPs!

Great experience with the staff in Victoria, but we had a negative experience with Karen at the Downtown location. When you’re paying top dollar to travel via helicopter you expect a high level of customer service, and we did not receive that here. Really unfortunate.

Helijet is fantastic. The flight was enjoyable and service is friendly. They were very accommodating and helped me when I needed it. I highly recommend Helijet to anyone travelling to the island and back.
